About Us

Derryck has a huge heart and passion for worship! In addition to leading worship at churches, music camps, concerts and evangelistic crusades, he also served as an intern with a youth pastor for three years. Derryck grew up in the Atlanta, Georgia, area and was saved at the age of 8. He has been a partner with Harvest Pointe for the last two years. Derryck has two daughters - Camryn and Savannah - and a two-year-old son, Easton. He and his wife Robin have just welcomed the latest addition to the family, newborn Georgia June!

Patrick grew up Catholic in Fresno, California, but did not truly know what it meant to know and follow Christ until he was saved in 2003. Upon his salvation, he attended a year-long intense residency program and eventually served as an assistant pastor for The Well Community Church in Fresno. Patrick loves serving in the church and has a passion for seeing men step up in their faith and live for Christ.

Patrick and his wife, Nicole, have been married for 18 years. They have been a part of Harvest Pointe since 2012. Their daughter will be attending West Virginia Wesleyan College this fall, and their son attends Washington High School in Charles Town. Patrick works full time as a Cardiac Sonographer and manager of Non-Invasive Cardiology at Winchester Medical Center, while Nicole is a nurse on the orthopedic floor, also at Winchester Medical Center. They met while serving as Hospital Corpsmen in the Navy.

Brian and his wife, Michelle, have been married for 25 years. They moved to Berryville, Virginia, in 2013 and started attending Harvest Pointe soon after. They have four children - two daughters in high school, a son in college, and their eldest daughter just graduated college. Brian currently works full-time as an HR Manager for a government contracting company, while Michelle manages a homeschool co-op and sells loose-leaf tea.

Brian was baptized while in high school, but he and Michelle didn’t come to understand and appreciate the gift of God’s free grace until several years into their marriage. A few years afterwards, Brian discerned a call to serve in pastoral ministry. He served as a Pastor/Administrator for several years at a prior church, and loves to use his administrative gifts to serve and shepherd Christ’s Bride.

Zach and his wife Rachel were married in 2016 and have a heart for training up disciples who make more disciples. Zach serves as HPCC'S Pastoral Assistant and is being trained in many areas of ministry and leadership. He also oversees our youth and young adult ministries. He recently graduated from Lee University with a Bachelor's in Ministry Leadership.

Jeremy Todd recently moved from Tennessee to Charles Town to join Harvest Pointe as our new Directional / Teaching Pastor. Jeremy is an ordained minister and obtained his doctorate in Educational Ministry from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. We are excited to have Jeremy, his wife, Leslie, and their son, Bryant, join in the ministry work of HPCC.

Nicole is a Charles Town native with a heart for the surrounding area. She is married to Patrick Cook, who serves on Harvest Pointe’s elder team. She is also a nurse, soccer mom, and is active in HPCC's women’s ministry group.
